Live Arrival Guarantee

(Excludes Western & Eastern Cape on Superworms & Mealworms)

Our goal is to get insects to customers that are alive on arrival every single time! 

There may be times, where there are extreme temperatures, handling mishaps, or shipping errors and the insects don't make it to you alive. We will happily credit or replace your order, if you would please:

Advise Jozi Bugs within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied with pictures of your DOA insects.

With regards to the Western and Eastern Cape, we unfortunately do not guarantee Live arrival on Superworms and Mealworms. Due to the 2-3 day travel time, shipping issues may occur that are out of our control, which may hamper the life span of your worms. We do take every effort in packaging the worms, so that they can survive the travel time and we still strive to get your worms to you happy, healthy and alive.


Frozen Feeder Orders
Shipping frozen feeders may incur an additional Overnight Service Charge. Our office will contact you if extra fees apply. Overnight shipping is only available to major city centres. If your address falls outside a central area, delivery may take 2–3 days. We include as many ice packs as possible to maintain product integrity; however, we cannot guarantee any orders of frozen feeders will remain frozen during transit. Thank you for your understanding.
