I received my chicks and mealworms within the week. Chicks were packed well and still frozen and the mealworms were still alive. Very happy.

I ordered frozen rats from Jozi Bugs because I had previously ordered some things from them and I was satisfied with the quality. The rats were packed neatly with ice packs and arrived perfectly frozen despite having travelled all the way from Joburg to Barberton. I will definitely purchase all frozen feeders here from now on.
