All dead/non existent on arrival UPDATED new shipment of worms arrived healthy

After being delayed at the courier my worms all arrived dead. Replacement worms were sent promptly and arrived in good health.

I am extremely happy with my worms, they have made themselves perfectly at home in my compost bin.

But what really needs complementing is Jozi Bugs and their staff. As a first time customer it's always a 50/50 risk. After dealing with you very efficient website right through to the delivery, I am a 100% satisfied customer who will not only return but spread the word.

Disappointed

The majority of my worms were actually dead with just about a few that were still alive.

Hi Novelan, apologies that your Red Wigglers did not survive the travelling, we do have a live arrival policy on most bugs, so next time, just take photo within 24hours of receiving your order and send it through to us.
We have shipped a new batch, so you should be receiving them soon.
