This is the 3rd time I ordered from Jozi Bugs. The service from Jozi Bugs is excellent. However on this occasion the courier service was extremely bad in that they did not deliver overnight. I only received the "frozen" rats a week later. The rats buy thus time we're rotten and had to be discarded
My snakes look a lot healthier than before, much more active and picking up weight. Looking forward to the next order.

My slithery unemployed house mate loves your product. He's just fussy! Sometimes he will eat like a boss and other times he won't eat for months, also he's super old now so he's in frail care with out a chair because he doesn't have legs obviously.
Keep it up guys, your product helps spread the ability to have an exotic pet.

I have a meerkat, and I always buy superworms from a local lady for my Timmy and he loves them. So obviously I decided to buy again from Jozi's bugs like before, and I received the best quality worms. Only now Timmy don't want to eat them. I have no idea why....am I doing something wrong. What must I feed them. Usually five them carrots and drained tea bags. It used to help. Now I don't know any more

We received the order…but had a bit of a surprise…a spider was included with the crickets. As we are animal lovers this is not a problem, but then we realised it was a black widow spider. Not sure what happened on your side. You now have 3 very nervous customers. Will appreciate if you take a good look at what is included in the container before sending it our way again.
I was happy when I eventually received them which was about a month later. I just wish you could have not accepted the order knowing that you could not deliver immediately. I was not aware that you had closed for the holidays.
I was impressed with the way the crickets were packaged. They had space to move around and therefore arrived alive (to the middle of the Karoo in summer hot climate).
They were smelly though... a bit unpleasant to deal with, so I have released them into the wild field.

After being delayed at the courier my worms all arrived dead. Replacement worms were sent promptly and arrived in good health.
They are excellent and my bearded dragon love them.All of them were alife and not even one looks unhealthy. Great worms.

I have been struggling for the past 5 months to get our ball python to feed. He has refused all sources.
When my package arrived, it was packed ever so neatly, and still perfectly frozen. The 5 pack of rats were, as weird as it sounds, BEAUTIFUL. Clean, fresh and nothing that oozed before being frozen. They looked well cared for, and hygienic. Beautiful enough to have had as a pet.
I was nervous about whether our ball python would accept the feed, being concerned that he might be sick.
On opening the rat bag, there was no rodent like smell, even after having defrosted it in a Ziplock and warm water (I usually hold my breath to avoid any unpleasant odors catching me at this phase but there was none!) So wow wow wow again.
I was ready to try and entice our ball python to feed, as I had done in the past with his hunger strike towards other (clearly smell) prey, but had no chance to do so this time, as our ball python could clearly smell the fresh and superior quality and snatched it from me (exactly as one would wish to have happen!
What an amazing experience to have finally found the quality feed that our ball python deserves and was clearly holding out for!!
